Description
Due to the proximity of the downtown of Wyk – about seven minutes by foot – the „Steensiel“ is a very popular holiday destination. It is located on a 900 m² property, which is open to the public. The owners of the house have taken a lot of care to make the guest feel „at home“. Each unit includes a washing machine, TV, stereo and a car parking space. The terraces and lawns are laid to south-west.
Each part of a house has about 90 m² living space and is suitable for a maximum of 5 persons. The ground floor has an entrance hall, living room with open kitchen – which was set up according to modern criteria – and a shower room. Upstairs is another bathroom, two bedrooms (1 x double, 1 x single bed) with plenty of storage space. In addition, two beds (220 cm long) in the open sleeping gallery, that is accessible through the nursery. The ground floor is tiled and the floor was carpeted.
